Since 2009 Caffe Republic has been celebrated by locals for serving up top quality, health focused, whole-food meals, snacks and treats.

Serving specialty coffee roasted by Locale of Melbourne, cold press juices made to order, as well as smoothies, bowls of Coco Whip and a cabinet full of home-made, whole-food treats ready to grab-n-go. Something delicious for every dietary requirement.

Located at Shop 1, Bronberg Plaza on Slatyer Avenue, we’re a local favourite for healthy café food, keto-friendly options, vegan options, gluten-free choices and great coffee on the Gold Coast.

I come here every time I'm in the Goldcoast, and everyday I get the same Breakfast Burrito. This thing has NEVER let me down, I love it here and the staff are super genuine and friendly. The coffee is delicious and I don’t think I will ever look for a new breakfast spot around here again, I have found the jack pot.

Love this caffe. Came from Brisbane to have lunch before going to the beach. The food was delicious and more than enough. We are low carb and had plenty to choose from the menu. Would definitely go again when in the neighborhood. And reasonable priced.

Wow. A hidden gem. Great coffee, very friendly service and clean and food is tasty AF. A healthy but incredibly tasty brekky salad with bacon was outstanding and the brekky burrito was utterly divine. Pay those chefs more to keep them there because the food (and all staff) has major passion and ♥️ for what they do.

This little health conscious gem 💎 popped up on my insta feed and I just had to give it a try.... the green menu got me in 🥑🥦 🥒 only to be surprised by their KETO friendly meal choices and treats. Excellent coffee ☕🍶as well. I now have to go back to try their iced bullet-proof coffee, thanks to the waitress who alerted me to what I was missing out on. If you're in to food being thy medicine, then this is the place for you! 💚
